Stephen Turgeon, CEO

Stephen Turgeon is one of the founders of the company and serves as CEO. He has worked in real estate, community development, and housing policy for twenty-five years and has overseen and/or developed properties in Tennessee, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Maine, Iowa, and Illinois.

Mr. Turgeon has extensive experience with the low income housing tax credit program, historic preservation tax credits, McKinney Act programs, the HOME program, the Community Development Block Grant program, and the Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program, among others. He has received the C3P tax credit compliance designation.

Mr. Turgeon received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, and a Master's in Public Policy and Management from the University of Southern Maine in Portland, Maine.

April Nance, Accounting Manager

As the company's Accounting Manager, April Nance oversees a wide array of day-to-day operations and has lead responsiblity for financial reporting and compliance functions. She has worked as an accounting professional for more than nine years, including over six years in the property management field.

Ms. Nance graduated from Lyon College in Batesville, Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and obtained her Master of Science in Accounting degree from Strayer University.

Georgia Norton, Operations Manager

Georgia Norton is Operations Manager and oversees the company's residential properties. She has been in the multifamily management industry since 1975, and has managed properties throughout Tennessee, including Knoxville, Chattanooga, Nashville, Jackson and Memphis.

Ms. Norton became involved with LIHTC Section 42 program in 1996 and excels in compliance monitoring. She holds the HCCP and C3P LIHTC designations.

Ms. Norton received an Associate of Science Degree in Accounting from Motlow State University in Tullahoma, Tennessee.

Rickey "Rick" C. Brown, Controller

Rick Brown, Controller, is responsible for the overall financial management of the company and the properties under management. Prior to joining Ambassador Management, he served in various financial leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer of numerous hospitals; Budget Director with a major healthcare chain with revenues in excess of two billion dollars; and Regional Controller for a company that included 28 funeral homes, 12 cemeteries, a vault manufacturing plant, and a monument company.

Mr. Brown received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama.
